What is Sacred Circle?
In centuries past, women would meet to share experiences, wisdom and insight together. Whether correlating with New Moon times or women mensuration, the practice was always held with severance and sacredness.
Creating a space where women can come together and take a break from the worldly expectations of who we should be and what we be doing is something that holds immense power
Circle is a gentle and safe way to open ourselves up to emotions we may have been hiding, and learning ways to move forward with self love and grace. Every circle is different in its outcome because the magic that individual women bring creates a vortex of unparalleled power.
Rituals are always an important part of circle. Woman have been using rituals in sacred space for centuries. From oil anointing to candle burning to dancing, these rituals all form part of the sacred feminine.
As we continue to develop as women living in this world, there has been a remembrance rising in the feminine of times gone past. The knowledge that there is more for us to explore, to learn, to grow into. Things that have been hidden from us, to keep us small, frightened and unseen, are starting to seep their way into our consciousness.
Woman inherently feel they are worth more, that they hold more potential than has previously been 'allowed'.
There is a calling in our soul, in our bones, that no longer will stay silent.
Ancient wisdom that has been stored in our DNA is fighting for the light.
You may feel this as anxiety, overwhelm, an unfulfilled relationship or career. Health issues or mental health can be related to the fact that we have been living a life that was designed by others.
